1. Text 1-214-612-3863 for appointment times this week.
2. Once your time is confirmed via text, book here.
   • Travel medicine: $25
   • All others: Pay what you want
3. Download the right paperwork for your issue (notice there's travel medicine, sexual health, and a general document - only fill out one)
4. Fill out paperwork and email it to jen (at) byjenfinelli.com at least an hour before your appointment. Also send any labs or records you want me to look over.
5. I will send you the telehealth room link a few minutes before appointment time.

*Note that labs/medications/other telehealth services are only available to folks in Texas, Virginia, Guam, and other places that accept those licenses. I can't practice medicine outside of those jurisdictions, but I can give you education for self-care.
